I can't seem to locate the call recording on my phone.
My csc is KSA. Please advise. Thank you.

KSA CSC disables call recording
Saudi Arabia (KSA) has restrictions on call
recording due to legal/regulatory reasons
Samsung disables this feature at the firmware level for such regions.

1. Open the Phone app.
2. Tap the three-dot menu > Settings
3. Look for "Record calls"

If it's missing, the feature is disabled for your CSC.

If you previously had the option and recorded calls:

1. Go to My Files > Internal storage.> Call (or
Recordings/Call)
2. OR check: Samsung Voice Recorder > Call

If my comment is helpful to you in any way, consider to select the Accept Solution by clicking on the 3 dots of the comment.

You need to change the CSC with a call regarding enabled CSC and it will work fine. I did the same before I completely flash my phone with SLK firmware. Which may void your warranty.
