I recently purchased a new Samsung S25 Ultra on 31st March 2026. Since then, I have not used the device extensively, and it has also not been charged frequently. However, I have noticed that the battery health is showing 99% instead of 100%.

Given that the device is brand new with minimal usage and low charge cycles, I would like to understand the reason behind this. Could you please clarify whether this is normal behavior or if there might be any issue with the battery?

Samsung failed to provide good battery backup. Fast charging isn't a solution to a drain battery issue. Because everywhere charge facilities not available.
**bleep** I don't know why Samsung doesn't upgrade battery health and also Samsungs software and hardware consume more battery and heating cell phone

Since your phone is brand new you should definitely go to the Samsung service center or experience store to get your issue resolved.

If your phone heated alot then obviously battery would degrade.
