Guys if I Replace my Back Panel of my S24 Ultra from a Samsung service center, Will it be like the original one? Will I have my water resistance ? Original back Panel as same as it used to be before the replacement?

Quality will be same, but not sure about IMEI printing these days. You have to confirm it from Samsung store.
Water resistant will be gone, even if Samsung service center representative says you that water resistant will be same, don't trust that. That thing will be gone for sure.

Water resistant is not water proofing that's why no company claims it.
I have two Android devices, one with IP67 and other non water resistant. I don't find me dripping my phones in water, but I use both normally. Sometime rain or water splash falls on both, and I just clean them normally, no issue till yet. For me you can say both are same. I don't take mobiles intentionally near to water, but accidentally it can happen. No big deal I think. If you use your phone in swimming pool, or show water resistant by dripping phones in water then don't go for replacement, but still it can cause water damage, keep in mind.
But If you can't tolerate camera scratch, then go for replacement and after that use mobile with extra care like jelly protection and back cover always installed.
