I am  not receiving software updates on my samsung note 9 SM960F. And i don't have any option to download them manually. My device status is official I don't know what to do. Please help

Did u check the update throw smart switch like contact to pc or laptop?

yes and it shows my software is up to date..but on Samsung members app. it says my software has some problem

dear i think you have rooted version of samsung note 9. you may also not find software update button in setting.
