A humble request from one of samsung's customer....kindly upgrade software to something different in Note and S series....All of the phones that u discovered Like J and A series got same update....so there must b difference in these phones updates...as well as samsung's Face unlock scanner is much slower than iphone's...u should b focused on Note series coz Note series is most expensive than others so plzz try to make it different as compared to other's samsung series....additional to that i would like to add some thing else about your phones battery draining like i got Note 10 plus its battery drains so quickly from 100 t0 90 percent and 15 to 0 percent...kindly look up to that also...thankyou
