note 20 ultra issues after updation

My note 20 ultra is not working properly after i updated it to Android 12 and 4.1 one Ui. Now suddenly it stopped playing videos and start heating. when I restart it starts playing videos but still back side of note is heat up. Anyone facing these issue...? kindly share yiur experience

Reset your mobile. Some apps are in compatible with android 12 version.

apps are the main cause. some apps require more processing. meanwhile the room temperature isn't friendly for mobiles these days. Even Iphone gets heated when an app is used extensively. No unused app need to be in background.

Note 20 is an old model now. Apps are updated much frequently to meet hardware and software requirements. A new firmware update cause many old apps to have processing issues as well as some performance related issues. Reseting the phone and re installing the apps for Android 12 OS will remove this instability.

I have s20 5g and I don't have such issues. I got one ui 4.1 on march 30th.
