XAA not yet released but you should get it soon if that is your phone CSC. They usually release update by the 6th. Seem to be late this time.

I have had good service with Samsung for my Samsung products. Samsung lab is in techno city. Just had my software update done.

well i dont know about others but my experience is always as per the policies .. i had many phones got repaired from the service centre under warranty ... #samsung #SamsungCareService
