I have ATnT note 10, got it last year, its still running Android 9 and i am not getting any update notification on my wifi, 4g or through smart switch.
Tried contacting ATnT, they are putting it on samsung and samsung is telling me to contact my carrier.
I am currently out of US. Is my region affecting it? My note 10 is unlocked.
