Galaxy Note m facing touch problem with samsung galaxy note 10 lite only 180 days old phone. While phone using when plugged headphone and connect charging touch was missing every time and i was reset 10 times and visit samsung service centre serveral times but they said phone was ok.... i show many videos when touch was missing or inresponsive but they not believe in so, i request to you plz solve this problem..

While charging or plugged headphones, did you try *#0*# Display Test and Samsung Members' App Display Test? I think from those tests you can be able to describe the problem to them. Also, change the complaining centre. If you don't get resolved I'm strongly recommending you to the Consumer Affairs Authority about the concern.
