Samsung note 10 lite issue

 m facing touch problem with samsung galaxy note 10 lite only 180 days old phone. While phone using when plugged headphone and connect charging touch was missing every time and i was reset 10 times and visit samsung service centre serveral times but they said phone was ok.... i show many videos when touch was missing or inresponsive but they not believe in so, i request to you plz solve this problem..

Do you mean that.....Your newly purchased device is irresponsive for your touch.....

So the problem only occurs while When headphone and the charger is plugged in....right ?
