I am using Samsung's note 10 plus and it face lock is working like face lock is launched in 2019 its working terrible **bleep** it opens even my friends having similar beard style i dont know is this samsung is giving us in its flagships phone ???what kinda security is this ??
When you activate Face Lock Samsung gives u a warning that this is not secure. Because it use 2D scanning. So use only fingerprint lock. The Intelligent Scan of Note9 and S9 series is the best Security lock feature. No device can beat this type of security level.
it was due to a software bug in Samsung 10 series phones. Samsung has issued an update to resolve this issue. Kindly update your phone software. If issue persists, contact nearest customer support center.
I would recommend you to use Lockdown option with face unlock, because lockdown option turns off all the biometrics and hides notifications from lock screen for a single time.
