Hy I newly buy Samsung s25 ultra and updated one ui8 software, I am facing video lagging issue when Hevc is on even hdr is off and high bitrate is also off. When I upload it on Tiktok it's lag break video .. only on most compatible recorded videos can directly upload on Tiktok it's frustrating and shameful factor.. plz suggest me any solution or fix this bug..
