Update Issue

I'm having issued getting updates on my Note20 Ultra 5G. Last updates i received was on October 1st, I have tried contacting customer support and everything. Please is it just me or anybody else having same issues?

I am really frustrated with this. Samsung updated S20, S10, Note 20 and Note 10 all worldwide but some regions are not updated even with monthly security patches.

Just got it i dont know how or why but just did, try search for updates or connect to smart switch.

use Smart Switch to get delayed updates. it takes a little time to show you the update. so be patient.

this is not fair, this is a premium note 20 ultra SM-N9860 device with an outdated software version, if this gonna take more time so my next device will be I phone 12, at least we will get updates on time
