I have felt, while holding the phone, that the battery has swollen up. I also noticed a slight curve to the inwards on screen panel...might be due battery exerting pressure. The back of the phone also feels swollen and curved ever so slightly. I checked both front and back surfaces of my phone by placing it on plain surface. Although the battery is performing just alright...survives through the day. Also, no extreme overheating issues. Battery do show its age but working fine after 3 years.
I have run the diagnostics and it shows that the battery is 'weak'.
