Super fast charging not working

My phone from 0% to 100% charging time getting more than 2 hrs I already raised the issues still now no update fix the issue quickly

Resolve the all customers issue from samsung side shortly

Change power socket
And try this it may work
Plug charging cable
Open samsung members app
Go Diagnosis
Test cable charging and battery
After successful result

It may work and charge faster
