Its rumors and i searched that Android 13 will not release for Note 10+ and this phone is not in eligible devices.

This is pure **bleep** strategy. Where on one side older devices are going to get updates which are bit older than note 10 & 10 plus.

Pure business that's all. As of now note series is going to die sooner and than emerge as a new combo version in S23 Series and Fold. So why put older devices for a longer support. In few years we will helplessly looking for ways to get apps work on our phones.

I hope they samsung ppl understand our needs for update.

In this case apple is the best in providing support to older phones
