Software Not getting to update Note 9 u model

Anyone tell me why my note 9 not to getting update its stil on oreo. I'm recent purchase thos phone from local market.

It looks like you have a Verizon (VZW) unlocked phone but your service provider software version shows (XAA) which is a USA unbranded version. There is a conflict in your firmware between the two. You will not get update. I had the same problem. I took it to Samsung lab and got it rectified. I am now getting auto updates. keep in mind that Note nine only gets up to Android 10.
