I recently update my Galaxy Note 9 N960F
(Security Patch Level: 1 February 2021)
on 17th of March 2021, and after my
update finished my screen display
got Green at particular levels of
brightness. I had information when I
learned about the issue in past
few months that people (Samsung
mobile users) in the global community
are experiencing such issue after
they updated there phone; over the
internet in a large number; but
despite of having the information
I kept on using my Note9 because
I really loved using it. Unfortunately,
I had the same issue after updating my
phone and it is really frustrating.
I talked to the customer care center
(Hassan Tower Gulberg Branch, Lahore)
on 19th March 2021, and they said the
panel needs to be replaced, which is
very expensive. Before that I also
called the official helpline of Samsung
on 18th March 2021 on which they said
that they know about the problem and
I should factory reset my phone and
the problem will be solved. I made the
factory reset but the issue remains the
same. How come I may be responsible for
such issue. We respect the company's
offers when it comes to update
perspectives but the cause of the
problem is ambiguous.
I request the company to look in to
my case and provide a possible solution.
