I want to ask how can I recover my samsung notes as in one of my folder I accidentally clears the chat and it is not undone now. Please help me if there is an option of recovery

Yeah it's recoverable, just tap on these 3 lines and you can find the deleted notes in the recycle bin.
And if you've cleared the chat without deleting the note, I'm sorry I don't know the solution for that.
