The voucher should appear in the Samsung Members app's benefit section within a few days, possibly a week. Please do not be concerned, as you will receive the voucher. Once you click on it, a form will appear, which you should complete carefully. Additionally, your device's IMEI and model number are automatically forwarded. Samsung may also verify your address and IMEI number during a phone call.
