S PEN problems

Air actions has stopped working on my Note10 plus. It seems to no longer stay connected. When the sPen is inserted, it shows "connecting" which is taking longer than normal, then "100% available" and within a few seconds it disconnects and tries to reconnect. I tried resetting the sPen, restarting the phone but nothing is helping. Not sure if there's a fault with the stylus, or it's a software issue as it started after the August security patch arrived. Everything else is working normally such as air view, and it shows the pointer while hovering etc. Anyone know of this issue

Device reset must be used after every update!

Thanks Ahmet, I tried that too. It didn't work unfortunately. Maybe the s Pen is faulty. I appreciate the answer.

Yes, I think I will get it tested in another phone and we'll see if the sPen has the problem. Thank you again for your suggestion.

Is power saving active? One user has once written it causes air actions not to work.

Thanks Anil. I was hopeful with your answer! Unfortunately I checked and made sure power saving was not active. So, it's not the problem. A very good suggestion. I might bring it to service and ask them to check with another sPen. If it works mine is faulty, but if it doesn't work it might be a software problem. Thank you again. :)
