I understand that you want to unroot your Samsung phone and return it to its original software state. However, modifying the IMEI number of a device is illegal in many countries, as it is a unique identifier assigned by the manufacturer. It is strongly advised against using or attempting to obtain software or services that facilitate such activities.

If you're facing difficulties with your rooted Samsung phone and want to restore it to its original software, the recommended approach is to:

  1. Check for official software updates:
Go to the "Settings" app on your phone, navigate to the "Software Update" or "System Updates" section, and check for any available updates. If an official update is available, it may help in resolving software-related issues and improving the device's performance.

  2. Factory reset your phone:
Performing a factory reset will remove all user-installed applications, data, and modifications, including the root access and any changes made to the system. Note that this process will erase all data on your phone, so ensure you have backed up any important data before proceeding. You can usually find the factory reset option in the "Settings" app, under the "Backup & Reset" or "System" section.

  3. Seek assistance from Samsung support:
If you encounter any difficulties during the unrooting process or face persistent software issues, it is recommended to contact Samsung customer support or visit an authorized service center. They can provide guidance and assistance in restoring your device to its original software state and help resolve any other related concerns.

Remember, modifying the IMEI number of a device is illegal and can have serious consequences. It's always best to use devices and software in compliance with the manufacturer's guidelines and local laws.
