My Galaxy Note 10+ still not yet receive update of android 10 and one ui 2.0..why??

for U model try downloading the firmware via sammobile and instal it using Odin, just look at the procedure how to do it if you are not aware of the procedure and do it if you are confident enough that you will not end up bricking your device.
