My note 8 stuck at Samsung Note 8 logo, and stuck there.. soft reset works but it restart my mobile and again stuck at note 8 logo i tried cache clear and hard reset too.... but mobile is not working On 13 March 2020, i reinstalled its software from samsung store

congratulations your mobile has been bricked.

download the stock rom from sammobile and install it using odin, but this will only work if you know the exact model no and carrier of your phone.
if you have purchased a kit and don't know the model then you are doomed.
ps: you just need to remember that what logo other than Samsung your device used to show on bootup.
then you can know the exact model no of your device.

i have box of the my mobile... i know it SM-N950 F/DS.
is custom rom is only solution?

not a custom rom sammobile has the Samsung official rom, you can download it from there for your specific model and install it using odin.

before trying anything try restarting your phone and once on the logo try waiting for at least 10 mins probably your problem might get solved.
