Is it PTA approval isue or something else.

Is it single sim only?

If it's not showing the option, there would be no option in your model.
There is no option to show hide or activate and deactivate the e-sim.

Neno sim + e-sim
Neno sim + Neno sim

I think this is korean model and have single sim option, no esim available in this model.
