Note 10 plus spen issue

Hi guys my spen shows as disconnect. Air gestures are not functioning. How to fix it?

Phone එක restart කරලා බලන්න.

Phone එක force restart කරලා බලන්න.

Covers අයින් කරලා බලන්න.

Tempered glass අයින් කරලා බලන්න.

Software updates තියෙනවද check කරන්න. තියෙනවනම් දාන්න.

S Pen එක reset කරන්න.

Phone එක safe mode එකෙන් on කරලා බලන්න.

S Pen එකේ tip එක replace කරන්න.

Bluetooth cache clear කරලා බලන්න.

Phone එකේ settings reset කරලා බලන්න.

Phone එකේ cache partition එක clear කරන්න.

Phone එකම factory reset කරලා බලන්න. Reset කරන්න කලින් Smart Switchවලින් PC එකකට full backup කරන්න.

වෙන S Pen එකක් try කරලා බලන්න.

ලගම Sustomer Service Center එකට යන්න.

• From the Home screen, swipe up or down to access the Apps screen.

• Tap Settings

• Scroll down to Advanced features

• Tap Advanced features

• Tap S Pen

• Tap Air actions

• Tap More options

• Tap Reset S Pen

• Insert your S Pen into the phone

(Do not use too much thicker screen protectors, always update the system to the latest and if not fixed reset device or replace the spen's tip/pen from the service center)

This happened after the last update which i did this month. And also i did reset and then i was fine for a while and again the same issue..

Sad truth : new bugs come with new uodates..bear it.

Just Kidding, might have a fix. Try using another spen at a service center or so...or replace the pen.

Or try if it works on safe mode as nipoo said after Resetting the spen.
