Sometimes when i try to charge my note 10+, it doesn't detect the charger. I've tried restarting the phone but it doesn't help. Is this some kind of feature or a bug in the software?
Open Samsung Members app click on + icon then click on Phone care then click interactive check then click on Charging, if there is a problem then it will show up
