Vol button of brand new note 10 plus detached for no reason. Has anyone experienced this problem? Appears to be a design and quality control failure. Disappointed

Its under warranty but Samsung Service Centre says warranty is only of software. This is Pakistan so any bakwas is possible

Samsung Give full one Year warranty in Pakistan for Hardware & Software.
U must email to Samsung Pakistan about your Problem under warranty.

Visited Samsung Service Centre, they fitted the button. However, I'm very apprehensive now because this is the second time it has happened in 2 weeks time. Should not have occurred in a hifi mobile like Note 10 Plus. Let's hope the issue doesn't arise again.
