Not getting update

I bought samsung note 9 some days ago but its running in android 8 oreo and also its pta approved registered full box but i have tried many steps but there is no update available as far as i know note 9 mobile phones have minimum updated to android 10 or 11 so how can i get updates ?

Well you go to a mobile software shop and they will upgrade the new version, but sometimes it's get patched and seller still says it's PTA Approved.
