It's january, and it is about to end, but still I have not recieve pie update on my note 9. Using last security patch of 1st November 2018 🤷🤷

wow your devices is rooted or cellular specific ROM is installed
u have to manually upgrade to Android 10 goto software expert in your area or Samsung service center

Reset your phone and unroot your phone, then you will be able to uodate

I checked wheter my phone is rooted or not, which results in "not rooted"
