Unfortunately there's no esim option under sim card manager option in your Galaxy device. On the other hand, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra supports esim.
Therefore, if you have already registered for a request for activation of esim. Send a message to Samsung using 'ask a question' in the support section through the Samsung member app. To do so, click support > scroll down > click ask a question > select others > type your request/issue > click the icon in the right corner to submit it. They will assist you. Or send via email (support.lk@samsung.com).
