In August 5 Unpacked event Samsung change its update policy from 2 year to 3 year for Flagship phone that are

S10 series

Note 10 series 

Note 20 and S20 series

All foldable phone and 

Tab S6 and S7

For midrange its not confirm But some source claim that 2019 midrange phone might get update (A50 and A70)
