NO SECURITY PATCH UPDATE since july 2019 & No ANDROID 10 UPDATE  on SM-960F Dual Sim NOTE 9.

1) Was july 19 security Patch Update was the last one? 

2) When Note 9 will get OS10

Yes this i purchased from Pakistan in Dec. 18 but i guess its Malaysian Region. Mobile.
