No one have noticed that our Galaxy's with two camera blurs in video mode but we need to click on the subject.

Our Galaxy Note8, Note 9, S9+ blur Background in video mode when we tap on a subject but is not good as Note 10.

The answer to your question is, No you can not get live video focus on your Galaxy Note 8.
