After filling the form you will get a confirmation call from Samsung. If no calls is received contact them through their official whatsapp they will confirm yours buds no issue at all. Or you may wait for the call as well (only if you don't want to contact on their whatsapp)
Benefits will appear only if your phone is a pre order one. 512 gb phone will get buds 2 pro. 256gb phone will get buds pro only. Benefits will not appear if you purchase you phone after the pre.order stock ends... How come you get to know that the phone you are having is a pre.order one or not.? I am repeating again brothers.. Benefits will appear if no benefits shows up after waiting couple of days than it means you are not having a pre.order one. You can also call to samsung to helpline by telling you imei to verify that wether buds will appear or not... And they will definately tell you that you are not having a pre.order phone.
Fraudulent activity is only in the case that when your benefits appear and your voucher code is not accepted by the form (it says already used / duplicate code) It means someone already claimed it. Again you can call their helpline to confirm that wether the buds are claimed against by imei number or not ? If claimed than phone is repacked if not they will send you new voucher code then you may proceed accordingly
