After one ui 3 update on Galaxy Note 10 lite I have started noticing stuttering on video playback every 2 seconds or so which is extremely anoying. These videos have been captured by same phone camera. When i shifted those videos to samsung tab S5e they play absolutely fine. So video playback has become annoying and eye straining on my phone. So please fix this issue.
