Face Lte (4G) problem

In my mobile phone a lot of the days are passed but I'm facing a 4G problem. Mobile never show 4G and never use 4G mobile network.  Mobile network on default.  Only 3G and 2G Mobile Network are working.  I think after last software may be this one problem are faced same like me??

Change your settings connection then mobile networks then see
