I receive OTA update for Android 10 yesterday and I did the the update accordingly. But when the phone restarts after the upgrade phone got stuck in a boot loop and sent to recovery mode to reset the app configuration to their defaults. Because of that i lost lot of valued information. I would like to know what caused the problem.
