Dots in Screen

I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 10+

Recently in the Past month I noticed 2 small dots in my screen Then I just Don't care about it

But a Month leter It become soo bigger

So I need Help of you all To prevent the Dots from Increasing and also Sugfest me how to set them

Please help me
