Can't purchase content from Samsung store

My debit card is not working on samsung store, though it works perfectly fine on google play store purchases. After successfully adding the debit card on samsung store, following error occurs. 

Does any one has any idea how to fix it?

kis bank ka debit card ha or visa ha ya master card ha ?

for international transactions on ur debit or credit card u have to call ur bank help line and make it available for foreign transactions...
