Battery drainage and Charging problem

Hello, I have just purchased Note 20 Ultra. Are you sure it has 4500 mah battery. It drained in just 5-6 Hours, start heating while charging, and fully charged in 3 hours + on super fast charging while other low quality phones charged 80%in half an hour and we have to wait long to charge fully. What the **bleep** it is. Resolve the issue

than go to the shop where you purchased ur mobile and tell them this maybe they will do something but one more thing bring the warranty card along if you have it

Literally , 5 hours to meray galaxy a01 ki 3000 mah battery continuous usage like pubg and kay sath chalti hai
Must take it to a service centre

100% agreed, same happened with my note 20 ultra, some time my mobile stop the charging after 20 to 30 minutes. just 20% charge battery in 60 minutes with super fast charger. and it drained in 7 to 8 hours
my old s7 edge and S9 were charged very quickly . i bought that mobiles from UK.
