Battery Life

I just bought a brand new Galaxy Note 10 plus few weeks ago in Sri Lanka. From the first charge I have been noticing that,  after 100% charge if I disconnect the charger the battery indicator gets down to 98% in 3-5 minutes. Is it normal or anything issue in the battery?

i dont think its normal..if its normal whay ??? what is the reason?? im using samsu A30..its not like that... and im also srilanka..

i use note 10 9 8 ... s10 s9 s8... all same after 5 mint automatically going 98 after battery slowly down
but battery back good
