Battery Issue

Hello.

I have been facing an issue with the battery of my Note 8 (SM-N950F) on Android 9 Pie. As soon as the battery level hits around 30%, there is a sharp battery drain such that it reaches from 30 to 0 in less than 5 minutes. Phone has been in use for just 11 months. Need your help to overcome this issue.

I have same problem your battery become dead 30% . I have this problem at 45%. and it increases day by day.

Always use compatible charger
Don't drain your mobile phone battery to 40 percent
The more it is drsin the more you have to charge it for longer time which heat up the battery and decrease its lifetime

I have been using the original out-of-the-box charger since day one. Can't assure the condition of not letting the battery go below 40% but always used the original compatible charger

Then it may be a bug in this version
or a technical issue with battery condition
Try to to factory restore your mobile but first backup your data
It may help you....
One thing more its gonna great for mobile to be restarted atleast one time in a week or a month.

Ya I have been restarting it at least twice a week ever since I started facing this battery issue but all in vain. Factory reset is always an option but the most unwanted one without any assurance of resolving the issue.
