Android 12 update?

Still not release for Note 10. But Note 10+ got. Probably will rollout within next month.

May I know your model? It may really helpful to make sure that model still haven't get android 12 update.I just checked Note 10, But not sure is it your model or not, However that model is SM-N070F, For that model Android 12 had been released in Sri Lanka.
