When will Android 10 release for Samsung galaxy Note 9 in Afghanistan for SM-N960F/DS? In this current month or later?

I hope the members would have some correct information about it, and what will be the main changes in 2 UI Version?

Yup Iraq, Afghanistan got android 10 in note 9 nd InshaAllah next few also released in Pakistan
