Alarm Missed

I face this problem alot, whenever I set an alarm, mostly it didnt alarm me, but instead it shows a notification in notification area that 'Alarm Missed'. Also, I set 3 alarms in which mostly two missed and sometime all of them. 

Need help, if there is some setting I missed.

or mob rkh do
dkho alarm time hone p bjta ha ya nhi

normally bjta hy laikn aksar miss hota hy. ek week mai aksar 3 bar aisa hota hy. next time mai pic b share kardunga InshaAllah

alarm ma 1 option hoga k 3 br ya 5 br bjne k bd alarm nhi bje ga
use continously kr do bjta rhe ga
