25W Charger not fast charging.

25W charger came with the box for note 20 ultra not fast charging.  It only charge normal slow cable charging & super fast charging. Adaptive fast charging (normal fast charge) won't work even it enabled in settings. But when I connected to my old Adaptive charger,  fast charging is showing.  Is there anyone who noticed this? I think 25W charger only supports slow cable charging & super fast charging.

I tried with original cable came with phone. It's not the phone or the cable, bcz older charging brick came with my old S9 plus doing the fast charge. 25W newer charger doing super fast charge ( I wanna make sure new 25W chargers do support fast charging (not super fast charging) or not.

My 25W fast charger of my Note 20 ultra supports adaptive fast charge and normal charge both. I've tried them. I'm not sure where the issue in your device is bro. Did u buy ur phone brand new sealed?

Brand new & seald. Mine also support normal charge & super fast charge. Only thing I wanna know is that charger came with My note 20 ultra is supporting fast charging. (Not super fast) The middle one. Bcz my old charging brick will do fine with note 20 ultra.

I know what u mean bro. I think if it doesn't support the middle level of charging, there has to be some issue. Because my Note 20 ultras charger supports it for sure. I have tested it

Yeah thats the thing. Only way to confirm would be to use another charger and see if there is a difference bro. Hope u will be able to figure it out.

Bro. Found the solution by contacting samsung customer service. 25W charger came with the phone not support middle charging level called "fast charge". we need to buy 15W adaptive fast charger if we want to charge it at middle level.

I really don't think thats the answer bro. As far as i know, these 25W chargers are called PD charger (power delivery) , they can alternate the charge according to the device. You plus an old phone that supports 15W to the 25W charger, it will say adaptive fast charge. Anyway if u are happy with their answer, its ok. But i don't think that is the answer bro

Did u update to Android 12? One UI 4?

I didn't connect old phone to new charger. I connected old 15W charger to new phone. That's what they also confirmed 25W charger can't charge in 15W.
