samsung smart things not awailable in m02? not in store? how to get?

No... Sorry... Samsung Galaxy M02 does not support the Smart Things app and you can not get it from anywhere else too...

If you want ,you can still use apps like Google home for your home controls but it won't give you the additional features that the Smart things have.

This is the Google home app and the devices menu with it's tiles. It does not need an additional devices for it.

What is your tv model? Is it a smart tv? If it is... You might be able to add it here.

Search in Google (download smart things apk) you can see so many results but don't get latest version because it can be harmful for your device
