m31 lag issue help

My m31 is stucking when open application. It's like a animation stuck why is that? I'm using black colour but there is another m31 blue colour phone it's not lagging like my m31.

What are the different softwares (apps) installed in differ to good one.
may be something is running hard on cpu while in background!😲
Have you set a daily restart?
Its good for performance.

I Don't have a clear Idea how to find CPU usage directly,
So better (according to my knowledge ) restrict background activity of some apps in options in app settings (For most things in memory saved activities uses the CPU in considerable level) :(
