Severe UI Lag on Galaxy M33 5G (One UI 6.1)

I have a Galaxy M33 5G (Galaxy Jump2) running One UI 6.1, and I’m experiencing significant lag—especially with animations. Even the simplest transitions are noticeably choppy, making the device nearly unusable at times. While gaming seems fine, the overall UI performance is disappointing. I’ve followed several YouTube tutorials and Samsung’s official guides, but nothing has resolved the issue. For context, my mother’s Galaxy A22 5G running Android 13 feels much smoother, even though my device is supposed to be better. I’m planning to upgrade to a better device soon, so any temporary fixes or troubleshooting tips not mentioned in the usual guides would be greatly appreciated.

Have u tried factory resetting your device?

I reset it three months ago. It worked fine for the first week, but then the lag came back.

By what u are describing, it sounds more like an app interfering with ur ii experience than the phone lagging. Try booting into safe mode and check if the lag is still there or not

I uninstalled the apps I thought might be causing the issue, but it's still lagging

I did. there was still some lag but it was much smoother than in normal mode
